Lumora Designs and Contracting LLC was established in 2025, but our team isn’t new to this industry. Our founders bring over 12 years of proven experience in fit-out and contracting across the UAE, having delivered government and corporate projects long before Lumora existed as a brand.
We started this company to bring that experience under one name — one focused on quality, reliability, and modern elegance in every project we take on.

Every project follows a structured process — from concept development through to final handover — guided by an internal quality policy built around careful review, verification, and documentation. We track every ongoing and completed project to keep things transparent and properly recorded at each stage.
We’ve also built strong relationships with leading suppliers and manufacturers across the region, giving us access to premium materials and a wide range of finishing options for almost any kind of fit-out project.
Health & safety
Safety isn’t an afterthought on our sites.
Our architects, engineers, and designers ensure every phase of a project — design through execution — complies with local health and safety regulations. Everyone on site is trained in proper safety practices, and our health & safety team proactively identifies and manages risk before it becomes a problem.
We’re working toward full ISO 45001 / OHSAS 18001 certification as part of our commitment to a zero-accident workplace.

Registered with the Department of Municipalities and Transport to carry out construction sector activities in Abu Dhabi.
Engineering Activities License
Licensed for engineering contracting activities (Fifth category) by Abu Dhabi Municipality.
Electrical Contracting License
Certified by TAQA Distribution to practice electrical contracting work (Third category).
FTA VAT Registration
Fully registered for Value Added Tax with the UAE Federal Tax Authority.
Abu Dhabi Chamber Membership
Registered member in good standing of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce.
